None of the relationships appear in the BSM map Issue Relationships don't show up in BSM map. (Show Dependency view from CI) Relationship Type involved: Uses::Used by Owns::Owned by Contains::Contained by Tables involved:

dscy_router_interface cmdb_ci_network_adapter cmdb_ci_ip_address dscy_swtch_partition dscy_switchport Release Madrid

Cause A filter of relationships prevents the relationships to be shown in the map.

Resolution By default, the module "CI relations filter" filtered out the relationship. /cmdb_rel_filter_list.do?sysparm_query=parentLIKEnetgear%5EORparentLIKEhardware Check the CI relationship in table "cmdb_rel_ci". Disable the records in "cmdb_rel_filter" based on the relationship of the CI in table "cmdb_rel_ci" that want to see.
