Find Show user comments on knowledge articles (glide.knowman.show_user_feedback) Select Never from the options, then see the user comments below the kb article in the Service Portal view. Find Show the "Was this article helpful?" yes/no rating (glide.knowman.show_yn_rating) Check the box (sets the property to true), then see the functionality is still not visible in the kb article in the Service Portal view. WorkaroundAfter carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases.
