For example, the "Calculated" option is selected and there is a custom script added to the "Calculation" field. Because of the customization on the Dictionary Entry "Value" on the table Options [sc_item_option], values of variables could not be saved successfully on RITM record after RITM record is created. Resolution In order to resolve the issue, please review the Dictionary Entry "Value" on the table Options [sc_item_option] and revert it back to its OOB version.
