An embedded list sorted by created date redirects to incorrect records Description When an embedded list is sorted by created date, the list elements redirect to incorrect records.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Import the attached workflow . 2) Create a problem record. 3) Add the approvers embedded list to the form layout. 4) Submit the problem and observe the approver(s) created. 5) Open the approver record and reject approval with some comments. The approver record will be marked as requested again. 6) Approve this record and observe another approver will be created. 7) Sort the approval records by created timestamp and try to open the new requested approval. Observe the old approval comments show in the new approver record. 8) Copy the sys_ID and URL of the two approval records. These of course should not match, but the shown sys_IDs and the activity log show misleading overlaps across the old and new approvals.
