Step 1: Open the knowledge article list Navigate to Knowledge > Articles > All.2. Verify the list view is showing the kb_knowledge table. Step 2: Apply the correct filters Set Workflow state to Published.Set Valid To to a date in the future (is greater than today).Confirm both Knowledge Base and Category fields are populated on each article.Confirm the Knowledge Base record is set to Active = true.Confirm the Knowledge Base has Can Read rules that the affected user satisfies. Step 3: Compare counts After applying all filters, compare the list count with the count shown in Knowledge Home.If counts still differ, review user criteria and Can Read rules for the knowledge base.
