To edit the form, select a different type of record, or contact your administrator."Open the same cmdb_ci_server record from the platform and see that there is no view for "workspace"NOTE: Issue is not reproducible on fresh Madrid instances but only on instances upgraded to Madrid.WorkaroundThis is a known issue that has been fixed for Madrid Patch 5. There was a race condition that could make the plugin to not install properly. Please re-install the CMDB workspace plugin, and the forms should become available after that.Related Problem: PRB1351994
