Cause Default FTE value is 1 and how it varies based on schedule and time off

Resolution FTE Calculation As per OOB, this property will be time_off, whenever a time_off event is raised for the user, then the user's capacity will be reduced and so the FTE will be shown as 1.

Note: If the time_off is removed from the property, then time off events created thereafter will not reduce the capacity of the users.

If the Resource User has a schedule and there are no holidays for a week, each day for 8 hours and it's for a week. So Planned Hours is 40, Person days is 5 and FTE for the week is 1.

As per the mentioned property, there will be no change in FTE if the user applies a time a 'time_off'. If there is any other type of resource event types used while updating the 'My Calendar' for a day, then FTE value changes to 0.8
