Log in to a working instance. Go to Catalog Administration > My Request Filter . Right-click All , and then select Open new window. (https:// .service-now.com/request_filter_list.do?sysparm_query=&sysparm_view=) Right-click the context menu, select Export , and then select XML . Import the XML file to the target instance.
