Cause Option is not available out of box, customization is required. Resolution In standard service portal there is no available out of box option for this. As the attachments are not a stand alone widget, these cannot simply be moved in page designer.The code block below is found in the 'Body HTML template' field in the widget 'KB Article Page'. This code can be rearranged if necessary to display the attachments at a different part of the widget.Please note, any changes to this code are a customization and will fall outside of the scope of support.
