This Macro variable requires a UI Macro and a Widget to be selected in the corresponding fields so that the contextual search results work on the platform Ui and the Service Portal. To disable this in one of the two places: Open the macro variable record on the catalog item or the record producer where this change is required.Under Type Specifications, empty out the Macro field if this needs to be disabled on the Platform UI and CMS and alternatively, empty out the Widget field if this needs to be disabled on the Portal.Save this variable record. This should resolve the issue. Applicable Versions All
