Release Any supported release with Domain Separation enabled Cause Having multiple users with same email id in different domains Resolution When you have a domain separation enabled, make sure the Users have a unique email id. If a Change Request is created in a domain, it triggers the workflow from the same domain or the parent domains until it finds the Published version. Then if there was an update from an email response on the same Change Request record, it is received as Guest. It will search based on the email id and gets the first User record returned and consider the domain of that User.If it is a different domain that the Change Request, a new workflow will trigger from that domain (if available). So, you will see multiple workflows (duplicate) on the single Change Request record.
