SN Chat scroll bar issue in Internet Explorer browser - Known Error

SN Chat scroll bar issue in Internet Explorer browser Description Users are not able to see the scroll bar in Internet Explorer(IE11) browser.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add SN Chat widget on any pages in the service portal 2.Configure the widget instance as it is in the following community post: https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=ebff85fedbbc9f40b61ff3231f961998 3. Open the service porta page which has the SN Chat widget and type something on chat until you need to scroll up to see your first message.

Actual Behavior: Users don't see the scroll bar. Expected Behavior: Users should be able to see the scroll bar as they see in the chrome browser.

Tested IE version: IE 11.648.17134.0
