Walkup user with only the sn_walkup.walkup_login and snc_internal roles is still getting error message when trying to view walkup portalDescription<!-- div.margin { padding: 10px 40px 40px 30px; } table.tocTable { border: 1px solid; border-color: #e0e0e0; background-color: #fff; } .title { color: #d1232b; font-weight: normal; font-size: 28px; } h1 { color: #d1232b; font-weight: normal; font-size: 21px; margin-bottom: 5px; border-bottom-width: 2px; border-bottom-style: solid; border-bottom-color: #cccccc; } h2 { color: #646464; font-weight: bold; font-size: 18px; } h3 { color: #000000; font-weight: bold; font-size: 16px; } h4 { color: #666666; font-weight: bold; font-size: 15px; } h5 { color: #000000; font-weight: bold; font-size: 13px; } h6 { color: #000000; font-weight: bold; font-size:14px; } ul, ol { margin-left: 0; list-style-position: outside; } --> Symptoms When viewing the walkup portal as a user which has been correctly configured to only have the walkup role (and snc_internal if explicit roles is installed), they still get the below message. Sorry, you are not authorized to access the walk-up pages. For security reasons, walk-up pages are limited to users with the sn_walkup.walkup_login role only. This will most likely happen after the user has viewed a dashboard since that seems to be the cause. Release Madrid. (The issue should be fixed in New York) Cause An issue related to viewing Dashboards is adding the public role to the user's roles that are returned in the scripted check to make sure the user only has the sn_walkup.walkup_login and snc_internal. Resolution Have that user view homepages instead of dashboards.
