Service Portal logo disappears, sometimes you can see it and sometimes cannot. At first appears as node specific issue, since the issue is intermittent. Even when portal record will not be domain separated, if logo is domain separated, issue is experienced. Procedure To check if logo is domain separated: Go to sys_attachment table.Find the record for logo.Check Domain name and Domain path{If cannot see them in the columns, add from slush-bucket and then check}If Domain name is other than Global, it is domain separated.Change the Domain name to Global and it should resolve the issue.
