When a user unchecks these check boxes and requests a clone, the page is refreshed and the check boxes are displayed as checked again.CauseThis issue is caused by duplicate check box fields being added to the 'Request Clone' form. Since the London reelease, we have moved these check box options to a new section which can be hidden on the form. This has confused users and led them to manually add the check box fields to the main form section. Once the duplicate fields exist the clone request will only accept the values of the fields at the bottom of the form which generally will not be the ones that the customer has selected.ResolutionThe resolution is to remove the duplicated fields from the clone form.
