Description

Opening a kb_knowledge record in workspace does not display the form, instead, it displays the knowledge article view.

Steps to Reproduce

On OOB Madrid:

  1. As an Admin, open kb_knowledge list and open a record
  2. Configure the form layout, add a new view called Workspace and save
  3. Open Agent Workspace
  4. Go to My Lists
  5. Add a New list
  6. Name - Knowledge, table - kb_knowledge and save the list
  7. Open a knowledge record from the list in Workspace

     

Workaround

This is expected behavior and by design in all currently supported releases
