Steps to Reproduce

Pre-requisites: 'glide.ui.escape_all_script' = 'false' (default for upgraded instances) 1. Go to the following table: 'cmdb_ci_server' https://INSTANCE.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_db_object.do?sys_id=84e86aba64232300aadba650cb85d4e4

2. Add a new Column, for example:

Column Label: Test Field CI's List Type: Reference Reference: Configuration Item 3. Go to the following 'Certification Template' record https://INSTANCE.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=cert_template.do?sys_id=d5394b0a9f820200d3921a1cf67fcfd1

4. Click on 'Insert a new row...' from 'Certification Attribute Conditions' add a new condition

5. Notice that nothing happens

6. Refresh the current page, and open the browser console

7. Note that the error that can be seen in the attached image appears.
