Export to XML does not include Variables e.g for service catalog items Issue  Symptoms/Limitation When Exporting to XML a record which includes Variables such as service catalog items the Variables are not exported . Currently the Export to XML only includes Journal Fields and Attachments as related records. Release Madrid and previous versions Cause This is an Export XML limitation Resolution There is no workaround available. If this is done in the context of an Export/Import from an instance to another the Variables should be recreated in the target instance.
