Activity stream of a form is not available on Agent Workspcae Issue  Overview Any form on Agent Workspace appears differently than Service Portal and Native Platform.

Workspace View Just like widgets are responsible for the appearance (look and feel) of Service Portal, similarly, the appearance of any form on Workspace depends on View.

The OOB view is named 'Workspace'. In case there is no Workspace view for a particular form, Default View is used.

Changing the layout of a form on Workspace The main section appears under the 'Details' tab of the form in the Workspace.

At the bottom of the details tab, a toolbar is provided to change the layout of the form.

There are three buttons at the rightmost corner of the toolbar.

The leftmost button displays only the fields on the form for the particular view(Workspace/Default).

The middle button displays the fields on the form and the activity stream side by side.

The rightmost button displays only the activity stream of the form.

Additional Information Sometimes, this toolbar might not appear.

In that case,

Find out which view is being used for the workspace. It can be one of Default View, Workspace or a custom view. From the native platform, go to that form view Verify whether the activity stream [Activities(filtered)] is added on the form. If not, please add the same
