Reference qualifier using another reference variable is returning blank

Cause The reference qualifier for subcategory is not getting the category value

Resolution Change the reference qualifier to get the value of the other reference variable. Sample as follows filters the subcategory records to return active=true, class_name=incident, type=subcategory, and parent_category=category.

Instead of using current.category, since you are referring to another reference variable use current.variables.category.getValue() instead

FROM : javascript:'active=true^class_name=incident^type=subcategory^parent_category=' + current.category ;

TO : javascript:'active=true^class_name=incident^type=subcategory^parent_category=' + current.variables.category.getValue() ;
