Signature Pad does not work correctly in Chrome using Windows tablets. - Known Error

Signature Pad does not work correctly in Chrome using Windows tablets. Description This issue is reproducible only in Chrome, but not other browsers such as IE11 and Firefox. Also, only reproducible on Windows tablet and confirmed on Microsoft Surface Pro.

Steps to Reproduce

This is reproducible only in Chrome, but not other browsers such as IE11 and Firefox. Also, only reproducible on Windows tablet. The one we tested on (Microsoft Surface Pro)

1. Install Field service management plugin 2. Navigate to UI Pages 3. Find accept_signature 4. Click on Try it 5. In the "Draw it" tab, try drawing a signature. ==> You will not be able to do it. It will just put a dot on the screen. Looks like it is expecting a click from a mouse.

Try the same steps on IE browser, but it works great in IE11.

Actual behavior: Signature pad does not work on Chrome using Windows tablet.

Expected behavior: Signature pad should work on Chrome using Windows tablet.

Workaround Configure Chrome with the following settings in Windows: 1. go to chrome://flags 2. search for "Touch Events API" 3. change setting to "Enabled"
