Daily ROTA schedule appears as weekly. - Support and Troubleshooting

Daily ROTA schedule appears as weekly. Issue  Symptoms Create a schedule and select the rotation as daily instead of weekly. Select Rotation start time other than 12:00 AM. The schedule is not reflecting the rotation start time.Its always starting from midnight.

Cause Cannot rotate a schedule spanning more than one day as daily rotation.

Resolution The system cannot rotate a schedule daily which spans more than one day (passing through midnight between two separate days). The system sees midnight as the start of a new day, any schedule spanning over this cannot repeat daily as it is covers more than one day. An example option here would be to create two separate schedule entries for the same schedule. An example would be:

On first entry, set 'When' to the following:

2019-03-27 06:00:00 AM to 2019-03-27 11:59:59

- set this to rotate daily

Create a new schedule entry, set 'When' to the following:

2019-03-27 12:00:00 AM to 2019-03-27 05:59:59

- set this to rotate daily
