Removing CMDB CI relationshipsIssue Sometimes you will need to delete some relationships between the CI's in the CMDB that were created for testing purposes. This document describes how to delete those relationships if they are not needed any longer.ResolutionYou need an ITIL role to delete the relationships. Deleting the relationships can be done in two ways. Delete the relationships From the "cmdb_rel_ci" table Go to the cmdb_ci relationship table: https://<instance-name>.service-now.com/cmdb_rel_ci_list.doIn the parent column search with the parent CI nameSelect the relationship you want to delete and at the bottom in the "Actions on selected Rows" select Delete.A warning message will appear, you can confirm it and click on Delete. Delete the relationships form the CI form Open the desired CIGo to the "Related Items" tab and click on the ' + ' IconGo to the "Relationships" tab and select the relationship you want to deleteClick on the Delete icon and click on Save at the bottomIt will show a pop-up saying "This will change data in the CMDB, do you want to continue?"Click OK.
