There are two methods to delete relationships. Method 1: Delete relationships from the cmdb_rel_ci table Navigate to the cmdb_rel_ci relationship table: https://<instance-name>.service-now.com/cmdb_rel_ci_list.doIn the Parent column, search for the parent CI name. Select the relationship to delete. At the bottom of the list, in Actions on selected Rows, select Delete. A warning message appears. Select Delete to confirm. Method 2: Delete relationships from the CI form Open the desired CI.Go to the Related Items tab and select the + icon.Go to the Relationships tab and select the relationship to delete.Select the Delete icon, then select Save at the bottom.A pop-up appears with the message: This will change data in the CMDB. Do you want to continue? Select OK.
