Steps to Reproduce 1.Navigate to Service Catalog > Maintain items. 2. Open any item record. 3. Navigate to the item's Variables (related list). 4. Create a new Variable of any type. 5. Select "Show Help" checkbox. 6. Input text in Help Tag & Help Text. 7. Save. 8. Log in to the Mobile App. 9. Find and open Service Catalog from the Navigator. 10. Open the Item and view the new Variable. Help text does not display in the Mobile UI.WorkaroundHelp Text or Instructions in the Service Catalog are not supported for the ServiceNow Classic Mobile App. Help Text does work in Service Portal, which can also be accessed within the ServiceNow Classic Mobile App as an alternative.
