Edge Proxy not allow user to attach a document, Image (attachment) to the article body in knowledge record Issue  Symptoms When users try to attach the Attachment in article body of knowledge record by clicking on insert/edit image from Edge Proxy users will see below error.

Error: Attempt to save unencrypted data in encrypted attachment for table kb_knowledge

Resolution 1) In spite of selecting the option as an attachment, select Image library and you should able to attach the image/attachment in article body of knowledge record

OR

2) First, attach the attachment to knowledge article and then select the attachment option after clicking on the insert/edit option on the editor of the article body so it will give you the option to select that and you will not see any error.
