Users were unable to view the tags value in task table, but value exist for those records in Label Entries table Issue  Symptoms Users were unable to view the tag's value in task table, but value exist for those records in the Label Entries table. Release Any supported release. Cause The tags which don't show up on the task.list has been created with Global=false and hence they will be visible only to the owner of the tag. You can identify labels which has set with Global=false and with the specific owner via going to through the list "https:// .service-now.com/label_list.do?sysparm_query=global%3Dfalse%5EownerISNOTEMPTY%5Etype%3Dstandard" Also, note that if there are roles and groups applied on "label" record that can also hide the tag on the list view Resolution Please review the specific labels (tags which you wanted to be visible for everybody) from label.list and update the global/owner/roles/groups as per your requirement.
