Whenever, time worked is entered a record gets created in Time Card table if the user is a time card user / task is assigned to user. Hours in Time Card Portal reflects the entries in Time Card table. When 'Update Task Timer' business rule is customized, the time card entry is not created and causing the hours not show in Time Card Portal. Resolution Revert the business rule 'Update Task Timer' to OOB version.
