Dynamic Page Title shows '%' instead of the translated value Description Dynamic Page Title shows the ' % ' sign instead of the actual translated value.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Activate any non-English language plugin and change your session language to the newly installed one 2. Navigate to the pages /sp?id=sc_category&sys_id=3 or /sp?id=ticket&sys_id=3

Observe the page title and breadcrumbs include the ' % ' sign.

Workaround This problem was fixed in Madrid Patch 2.

As a workaround if an upgrade is not possible, delete the 'Dynamic page title' value from 'ticket' and 'sc_category' pages.
