Translation for 'Attachments' exists in the message table sys_ui_message (where key = Attachments). The 'KB Article page' widget has not been modified. Release Cause The 'KB Article Page' widget is associated to the Widget Angular Provider named 'spAttachmentManager'For some reason, this provider is an old version where the i18n function is not being added and the translations are not being taken.
