When hovering over it says - 'Thresholds not configured'.Staleness threshold for cmdb_ci hangs. Environment The issue was noticed after an upgrade to London. Cause This is caused due to a missing entry in the cmdb_health_scorecard_threshold table. The actual cause of the missing record could not be discovered. The issue could have occurred during the upgrade or may have exited even before the upgrade. Resolution The issue was resolved by importing the missing record in the instance. This records was extracted from cmdb_health_scorecard_threshold table in an out of the box instance. The extracted record has been attached.
