Steps to Reproduce

1 - Create few incidents with the word "Ka\nn@an G#o$vinda&ra^jan" in the short description. 2 - Create a widget with type=text, visualization=wordcloud, Indicator=Number of open incidents. 3 - Add this new widget to the dashboard.

Notice the wordcloud splits the single word "G#o$vinda&ra^jan" into five different words separated by the special characters.

Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
