Knowledge base categories are not displaying or are showing incorrect countsIssue Knowledge base categories are not displaying or are showing incorrect counts. CauseIn-Service Portal, the KB Categories - KBv3 widget only displays and counts knowledge articles from the Knowledge base defined within the Portal. Knowledge articles are displayed on service portal based on the following: "Valid To" date is after "Today's" date.The Knowledge article has a category that is defined within the Knowledge Base attached to the portal. Article is in a Published state. In the "KB Categories" widget, all the categories defined within the Knowledge base are displayed, however, if there are no articles in that category, there will be no results. ResolutionCreate Knowledge articles with a Category that is within the Knowledge Base, has a "Valid to" date greater than today, and is in a published state.
