If the imported user references a domain that doesn't exist, the user record is inserted in the global domain. Additionally, an admin with visibility into the global domain may inadvertently create user records while in the global domain that were intended to be in a specific domain. Effect By default, when a user in the global domain views a table with a sys_overrides column, they see only records in the global domain. Corrective Action Log onto your instance.Navigate to Domain Separation Center.Select the Warnings widget.Open the Non Admin Users in Global Domain audit record.The list on the right side of the audit summary record is a list of sys_ids of users in the global scope. View each user and verify that the user is appropriately allocated the global domain.
