This happens when developing reports and/or in Service Portal page where "Data Table from URL" widget is used, for example. ReleaseMadridCauseUp until London, we had issues with using "New Criteria" with a keyword search that used to generate invalid queries. This made us to change the design of our condition builder where the "New Criteria" button is disabled when "Keywords" is used in the filter. The entire intent of these changes is to prevent invalid queries from being able to be created with the condition builder.Related LinksThough our documentation in Madrid is not up-to-date, there is a documentation request in place which will soon modify/correct the respective content.
