Flow Designer Error - "Invalid values passed to the API, details: Record is mandatory and must be filled in" Issue  Unable to publish the Flow or Subflow in Flow Designer

Flow Designer returns an error during testing - "Invalid values passed to the API, details: Record is mandatory and must be filled in"

Cause Mandatory fields in the Actions are not populated

Resolution 1) If the Flow is not yet activated, activate it and it will give you the action number where the error is referring to

or

2) Open the Subflow or Flow in the Flow Designer

Check each actions and verify if all the mandatory fields are filled in.
