Knowledge base search not displaying all articles in portal searchIssue When a user searches for a specific text on the portal, only some matching articles are displayed. If searching on kb_article table list for those specific keywords, more articles are displayed.CausePortal configuration was set for a specific knowledge base and the search was only hitting those articles. Additionally, the search only applies to article version in published stage. Any other stage will be ignored. Resolution To get the search results on the desired articles, make sure to have the article version in published stage and belonging to the knowledge base set on the portal page.
