However, though the agents in the queue selected by user are not available, still the system is trying to route to a live agent. But the user is expected to be shown the message as the agents are not available.

Reason It depends on the Live Agent Set up for that queue.

With Connect , vaSystem.isLiveAgentAvailable() checks if the queue is out of schedule or not. It doesn't actually check if there are any agents online or not.

With Agent Workspace , vaSystem.isLiveAgentAvailable() checks both that the queue is in schedule and agents are online.
