Checklist Formatter's (inline_checklist_macro) 'Add Item' text and 'Delete Item' hover text do not get translated from English Description Known Affected Builds: Kingston Patch 7, Jakarta Patch 9

Issue Description: Out of Box Checklist Formatter 'Add Item' text does not get translate from English.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In an instance using a non-English language, navigate to the incident form 2. Configure->Form Layout 3. Add 'Checklist' to the form and save.

Actual Behavior: 'Add Item' is still listed in English

Expected Behavior: We should expect Out-of-Box features to be included in translated text

Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases.
