Installing language translation plugins creates sys_choice records for plugins that had not been activated Description Activating a language plugin causes translated sys_choice records to appear for plugins that were not originally activated. For example, incident state choices are populated with options related to the Verizon eBonding plugin, even if this plugin has not been activated.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Activate the i18n language plugin for any language (such as French). 2. Look at the sys_choice table for the field incident.state. Notice new choices that contain the term "Verizon" are also included.

Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases. We do not make these decisions lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

As a workaround, the choice records that should not have been created with the translation plugin will need to be deleted or deactivated.
