Approvals page shows blank screen to for non-admin users in service portal page that uses the 'Approvals' widget Description The Approvals page shows a blank screen in service portal pages that use the out-of-box 'Approvals' widget. This issue happens only for non-admin users.

Steps to Reproduce

Impersonate a user with the "itil" role Open the service portal approvals page /sp?id=approvals Approvals are not shown (OOB approvals widget: /sp_widget.do?sys_id=f37aa302cb70020000f8d856634c9cfc ).

Workaround By design (since London), an additional role called ' approver_user ' is required for users to access the list of approvals. The workaround is to make the "itil" role include the "approver_user" role.
