How to check if the instance text indexing is complete? Issue  Description It is possible to run the text indexing for single tables. The process will run in the background, but is not recommended to be initiated during peak usage of the instance, as it may affect the overall performance.

Procedure There are two way to ensure that text indexing is complete:

1. When you navigate to the [sys_dictionary] collection record of the table that needs text indexing, under the related links "Generate text index" you will get an option to enter an email recipient to notify once the text indexing is complete:

2. There will be an event record in the [sysevent] table that has the name text_index.all . Once that event is marked as " processed ", the text indexing is then complete.
