Order guide included items not showing up on "Choose options" after using the new Order Guide Widget in the Service Portal

Cause


This issue can be seen if a checkbox field called, Hide in Service Portal is set to true for the individual items added to the Order Guide.

Resolution


To fix the issue, simply uncheck the checkbox, Hide in Service Portal.

Additional Information


This issue is seen with the new Order Guide widget and not with the deprecated widget.
