Resource Plan and Cost plans added to Project task do not roll up to 'Planned Cost' field on Project. Issue When 'Cost plan' to the Project task, the 'Planned Cost' on the Project table is not reflecting the amount.

Steps to Reproduce Create a project Create a Project task under the Project Add a Cost plan to the Project task Observe the 'Planned Cost' on the Project task is reflecting the amount from Cost plan The 'Planned Cost' on the project is not reflecting the amount from Cost plan Resolution Enable the system property 'com.snc.project.rollup.cost' to rollup the 'Total planned cost' from 'Cost plan' to the Project.
