Service Portal - Widget dependency causing error on a page where it isn't used Issue

Javascript errors are seen in the browser's developer tools pointing to a widget dependency which isn't included on any widgets on that page.

There may or may not be any adverse effects seen on the page.

Release Any release

Cause The "Include on Page Load" box is checked on the widget dependency [sp_dependency] record, causing it to load on all portal pages regardless of whether or not it is used by a widget.

Resolution Uncheck "Include on page load" and add the dependency as a widget dependency where it is needed or add any portals where the dependency is needed to the "Portals for page load" field on the sp_dependency record, to ensure the widget is only loaded where it is needed.
