On-Call Schedule show the same user in Primary and Secondary - Support and Troubleshooting

On-Call Schedule show the same user in Primary and Secondary Issue  Symptoms Consider customer have below users to configure in Rota.

A, B, C, D, E

Rota has been already configured with below Sequence in customer env

Primary Secondary A B B C C D D E E A ACTUAL RESULT - Customer can see the same user for Primary and Secondary in On-Call Schedule

Release London Patch 4

Cause "From" date of roster member is before "Rotation Start date" of the secondary roster and it calculated the wrong rotation

Resolution Please update from date of all roster member to date similar to rotation start date. This should internally correct schedule entries. Roster member is available on the related list of below secondary roster record.
