The Ticket Conversation widget is not displaying for some users or on some records.

Symptoms


When viewing a record in the Service Portal, some users do not see the Ticket Conversations widget, but it is on the page and shows for other users like admins.

Cause 


The user is failing Read ACLs for both the Comments and Work Notes fields on that table. 

Resolution


Update the ACLs related to that table to allow read access for the Comments and Work Notes field for those users.
