RiskLens form section is missing from the Risk form on upgrade / re-install of GRC:Risk Management plugin Description The RiskLens tab on the Risk form gets lost after upgrading and re-installing the GRC:Risk Management plugin.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install the GRC:Risk Management plugin. 2. Install the IRM Risk Lens Integration plugin. 3. Upgrade and re-install GRC:Risk Management. 4. Open the Risk form, notice the RiskLens Analysis tab is missing.

Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologise for any inconvenience.
