Identify duplicate Default views Go to instancename.service-now.com/sys_ui_list_list.doBuild the following filter: Table = change_requestView = Default viewParent = incidentUser = (empty) Click 'Run' 2. Clear all duplicate records. (IMPORTANT: Make sure to never clear this filter completely. You need to have at least one record in this list at all times or other issues may be triggered) Check the box of duplicate recordsAt the bottom of the list click "Actions on selected rows..." and select the option "delete".
