ServiceNow Agent: "Unauthorized_client" error - The client credentials provided (those of the service you are using) are either not valid or not trusted in mobile app Issue After entering the instance name the user sees the following screen with the message:

unauthorized_client: The client credentials provided (those of the service you are using) are either not valid or not trusted

This issue appears even before the login process.

Cause The Application registries (oauth_entity) table is missing the ServiceNow Agent record.

Resolution In an unaffected (OOB) instance, go to the oauth_entity table ( Application Registries ) Export the ServiceNow Agent Registry record Import it in the affected instance Try to log in using the agent app
