Most useful Knowledge article depend on the user feedback

Most Useful KB

List of articles to be displayed in the "Most Useful" section of the knowledge home page, look at the kb_feedback table with the following criteria:

  • The "Useful" flag is "Yes".
  • The related Article has a "Published" workflow.
  • The related Article belongs to the current kb_knowledge_base and that KB is active
